Although water service has been restored to the Crystal Cove and Eagle Furnace area, some residents are experiencing pressure issues. We are monitoring the pressure continuously to try to compensate for the issues. We are also beginning the installation of the new line to serve the area. Today’s weather has slowed us down, but our crews will be working throughout the next few days to get the pipe installed. We are coordinating closely with the Roane County Highway Department as they repair the roadway. If you are having issues with your water service and you have not reported it, please call 354-0163.
